SYNOPSIS: When Samus needs to take a vacation after a lifetime of bounty hunting and blowing up planets, she settles on our humble Earth! However, a jaded attitude and an old nemesis in Ridley in hot pursuit threatens to not only endanger her time off, but our planet as well! Can a certain half-genie hero save the day before Earth ends up like the end of so many Metroid games in the past?

Sorry this took so long. I definitely didn’t anticipate a SIX MONTH LAYOVER between comics! New pages launching every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. ENJOY!

Original Release Date: November 2007

Terry, Leon, Sakura, and Charlie wait in line to get the hottest game of the year! Will they survive the experience?

Originally released in “celebration” of Halo 3, I wanted to take a crack at riffing the obsession with pre-order event culture (not that I wasn’t any different when it came to MY games… ^^; )… But Halo 3 was hype on another level, and it made for the perfect subject for a short comic!

As the product of its time, the editing is outdated, the editor is outdated, the jokes are outdated (and not all okay with my mindset today, frankly), but I do wanna archive my history in comic making here just as much as I celebrate the new stuff… whenever I finally get around to posting it…

I was originally gonna post it yesterday, but… I kinda misplaced the comic. >.>

So, have it today! And new pages every Friday, Monday, and Wednesday! The M-W-F schedule is something I’m gonna experiment with here for a bit.

Anyway… comic after the break!

Hey look! Tifa and Aerith made it to their movie! ;)

Anyway, an update! Computer was largely saying no to a lot of what I wanted it to do on the comic front for a little while there. Unfortunately, that meant that a lot of my efforts went to waste and I've had to do what I could for Shantae vs. Metroid on the tablet... which sucks because my choices for fonts are limited and the view isn't quite as good as on my big monitor.

But the good news is that I think the bulk of my issues are behind me now and I can spend this weekend converting my files for your viewing pleasure again... again.

I think the lesson I need to start taking away is not promising dates. It burned me back in the day, it's burning me early on now. And I'm sick of being burned. It's time to apply some harsh truth aloe. And that's I suck at deadlines! Even self-imposed ones!

Once I get everything converted and ready to start posting, I'll post a launch day update. Hopefully not too long now, though.

Inb4 the next computer catastrophe!
