Sad to say, unexpected illness delayed my progress on Shantae vs. Metroid, and I'm not certain I'll be getting it rolling by the end of month. That said, what I do have done looks good and I think Shantae's inaugural outing is shaping up to be a good one! With that being said, I don't want these Tuesday updates to just be "hey, how's it going?" I'm gonna start cranking out a few Grave Issues rants, and I have a lot to talk about, including thoughts on NSFW, the pervert trope, the issues regarding Batman and Amazing Spider-Man, and my history in Crossover Comics. And, when I work up the courage? I'm gonna touch on the infamous Final Fantasy VII love triangle debate.
It's been a rough week so far, hasn't it? Well, if you're like me, it has been. And the foreseeable future is probably only going to keep being rough. But, hopefully, I'll be able to keep churning out goofy Affinity comics for the duration and beyond! We have a lot on the docket, including Shantae vs. Metroid, Karin vs. Stardew Valley, Sheena vs. Nemona, Morrigan Aensland in: May I Be Your Dungeon Master, Aerith vs. Flowey, Tifa vs. Tech Support, Shantae vs. Garfield, Karin vs. Saxton Hale, Charlie vs. Skyrim, and The Curious Case of Senator Lockhart! Not to mention a... few more. ;)
But December and January are more hectic for me than I care to admit, so, it was only natural I was gonna get delayed. Much as I don't wanna delay and possibly see big setbacks *coughTifavsChunLicough*, it happens.
Soon though. Also, That Damn Envelope.
